Image Extender is an AI-powered image extension service that allows users to upload images and expand them in any direction using AI outpainting technology.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload images you have the right to use
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not use the Service for harassment or defamation
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Not use automated systems to access the Service

4. Content Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content: You own the rights to the extended images generated through our Service.

5. Usage Limits

Free users are entitled to 3 free image extensions per day. Additional extensions require account registration or payment. We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or generate:

• Child exploitation material
• Non-consensual intimate images
• Content promoting violence or terrorism
• Content that violates intellectual property rights

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Extender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
